A. Luxury Cabin Rentals is a web based Management Company. Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you “The Guest”. After booking your cabin “on-Line” or by “Phone” we will e-mail a complete package to you. The package will include a detail invoice and a rental contract. All you need to do is sign the contract and fax it back to 866-389-0569. Your key code will be the last four digits of the telephone number given at time of booking. On the day of your arrival you will drive directly to your cabin, never check-in to an office or a clubhouse and start enjoying your vacation.
Q. What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. and Check-out is at 10:00AM
Q. Is there a minimum age for renting one of your cabins?
A. Yes, renters must be 21 years or older.
Q. Do you have a minimum night stay?
A. Yes a 2 night stay minimum, 3 night stays are required for high season. A 4 night minimum stays for special holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Q. Do you allow pets in the rentals?
A. Yes some cabins are pet friendly, additional fees apply.
Q. What is provided in the cabins?
A. All of our cabins are totally equipped with Luxury and updated amenities. All linens, bedding, pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also provide a starter kit of paper products that includes toilet tissue, paper towels, bath soap, laundry and dishwashing detergent. These items are intended as "starter" items and will not be adequate for lengthy stays.

The nearest airport is McGee/Tyson which is South of Knoxville, TN.
